Our Story
As parents deeply committed to empowering the next generation with a transformative Christian worldview; we were presented with a great challenge. How could we fan the flame of curiosity and independence in our children through their education?
Our experiences through traditional public and private education, both as learners and teachers, left us concerned. What we wanted our children to gain through their education—a firm belief in their destiny, dynamic social skills, and a deep understanding and passion for the world around them—wasn't being offered. We started to dream and plan what it might look like to educate our children in a different way.

Then we found a learning model developed in Austin, Texas. Acton Academy was built on the principles and beliefs we had been envisioning for our own children. With a proven learning model and helpful guidance from parents like us, we set out to create a school where every young hero could find their calling and start their journey to change the world!
Brady & Kristina Eshleman
Brady is a former high school physics teacher, Socratic guide, and Canadian outdoor enthusiast. Kristina is a musical theater performer, children's event planner who loves to travel. They live in Missouri City with their two wonderful daughters.
Brent & Alejandra Sagissor
Brent and Alejandra are serial entrepreneurs who are deeply passionate about teaching the next generation business and practical life skills. They have been involved in several industries and hold a wealth of knowledge on running successful enterprises. They are cherished, long-time residents of Missouri City, where they reside with their four children.
